Overview
Ledevit is an Argentine company specialized in ingredients and solutions for the pastry industry, with presence across markets including Uruguay, Brazil and Ecuador. My work with the brand expanded across multiple touchpoints, from packaging and product launches to social media, campaigns and visual communication, creating a more complete, 360° brand experience. The project was less about designing isolated pieces and more about building a visual language capable of traveling with the brand.
The Challenge
A brand can be recognizable in one market and still need to communicate differently in another. As Ledevit expanded across Latin America, the challenge was to adapt its communication to different markets, audiences and cultural codes without fragmenting the brand along the way. Packaging, launches, campaigns and social media all had different objectives, but they still needed to feel unmistakably Ledevit.

The Solution
We developed a flexible visual approach built around a consistent brand core. Rather than reproducing exactly the same communication everywhere, the system allowed campaigns, packaging and content to respond to the context of each market while preserving recognizable visual principles. Product communication became more appetizing and expressive, launches gained their own creative territories, and social media allowed the brand to communicate with greater flexibility across audiences. The result was a more adaptable brand ecosystem, one capable of changing its expression without changing its identity.
